Whole Sea Bream marinated with our Gia Garlic Puree and Chilli Puree lemon and thyme oven cooked in a foil parcel.
Very quick and easy to prepare and you can adjust to make it as spicy as you like it.
INGREDIENTS
2 Sea Bream - whole, gutted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1 tsp Gia Chilli Puree (add more if want it spicier)
1 Lemon -sliced
3 sprigs thyme
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 220°C / 200°C Fan
Make a marinade by mixing garlic puree, chilli puree and olive oil in a small bowl.
Cut a length of foil big enough to wrap around the whole fish
Place fish on foil, cut slits into both sides of the fish skin, through to the flesh
Cover the fish with the marinade on both sides
Place slices of lemon and a few sprigs of thyme on the top season with salt & pepper.
Wrap the whole prepared fish with foil to create a parcel. Keeping the seam at the top to prevent leaking.
Cook in 220°C / 200°C Fan oven for 25-30 minutes
Great served with salad, new potatoes, chips, wedges, couscous, noodles, corn on the cob or roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
