This Patatas Bravas is easy to prepare yet such a flavoursome tapas dish everyone will enjoy
Golden brown potatoes cooked in an Tefal actifry (or oven) topped in a spicy smoky mayo, rich in flavour and ridiculously addictive.
Prep Time 10 Mins Cook Time 30 Mins
Ingredients:
5-6 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp Veg Oil (ActiFry)
½ tsp Gia Garlic Puree (ActiFry)
Pinch of salt and Pepper
Toppings
2 tbsp of mayo
½ tsp Gia Chili Puree
1 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1 tsp Gia Sundried tomato puree
½ tsp Smoked Paprika
Dash of Macetilla Sherry Vinegar (balsamic can be used if you can’t find sherry vinegar)
Fresh parsley for topping
Directions: 1. Peel the potatoes & cut into 1-inch cubes 2. Wash & dry the cubes on a clean dry towel 3. Place the cubes into the ActiFry or an oven at 200c drizzled with the Vegetable Oil and Gia Garlic Puree 4. cook for 25-30 mins or until they are golden brown 5. Combine the Toppings ingredients into a small bowl and stir until smooth and creamy 6. Put sauce over the potatoes 7. Enjoy this Tapas dish with a nice glass of Sangria!
