This classic low-fat curry dish, is easy and effortless to make and has all the flavours of India.
Made quicker using Gia Garlic Puree and Gia Chilli Puree

Ingredients:
500g Lean minced beef
1 onion chopped
2 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1-2 tsp Gia Chilli Puree
1 Tin chopped tomatoes
2 Bay leaves
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp All spice
150g Peas
To serve
Squeeze of Lemon
A handful of chopped parsley

We cooked this dish in a King Pro Pressure cooker but it can be cooked just as easy in a pan on the stove.
Pressure cooker Method:
1: Saute mince beef and chopped onion until the beef is brown
2: Add all other ingredients plus 100g of water
3: Cook on meat/manual for 13 mins
Pan cooking method:
1: Saute mince beef and chopped onion until the beef is brown
2: Add all other ingredients plus 100ml of water
3: Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 25 mins.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of parsley with a side portion of rice.
