Ingredients
3 Large Potatoes
1-2 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1 tsp Mild Curry Powder
½ tsp each of Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Wash potatoes and cut into wedges.
Mix garlic puree, curry powder, salt, pepper and oil together.
Add the wedges and mix until evenly coated.
Place on baking tray skin side down, oven bake at 180°C fan/ 200°C /Gas mark 6 for 35 minutes
