This Sharing Garlic and Cheese Tiger Bread is a perfect starter or a great sharing snack for a party.
Simple to make, yet looks impressive whatever the occasion.
Everyone will love tucking in, the stringy melted mozzarella will have you all pulling for the longest string!
Serves up to 8 People

Ingredients:
1 Tiger Loaf
10 Slices of Mozzarella (or bag of grated Mozzarella)
100g Unsalted Butter
4 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1 tbsp fresh or dried parsley (finely chopped)
Method:
1: Preheat the oven at 180°
2: Cut the bread diagonally one way then cross the other way, (creating diamond shapes) but don't cut through the bottom of the loaf.
3: Place the butter in a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave
4: Once the butter is melted stir in garlic puree & parsley
5: Use a knife to open up the cracks of the diamond cuts and drizzle the melted butter in all the cracks, save some for the next step.
6:Place cuts of mozzarella cheese in all the gaps of the diamond shapes and then brush the remaining butter over the top of the loaf.
7: Wrap the loaf in tin foil and place in the oven for 20 mins, take off the foil, cook for a further 5 mins to brown off the top.
