Try this quick and easy stirfry for a midweek meal. Beef Stir-fry is ready in under 20 minutes, which is quicker than ordering and waiting for your takeout to deliver one! So don't delay get started now!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Olive Oil
350 grams Stir Fry Beef
500 grams Stir-fry Vegetables
4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Gia Sundried Tomato Puree
1 tsp Gia Chilli Puree (2 tsp if you like it very spicy)
1 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1 tsp Sherry Vinegar
410 gram Egg Noodles
Sesame seeds to serve
Method:
1. Place 1 tbsp of oil in the wok on medium heat, add the beef and drizzle with some sherry vinegar. Cook for 4-5 mins then remove from pan, placing to one side.
2. Place 1 tbsp of oil in the wok over medium heat, add Tomato, Garlic, Chilli puree's and Soy Sauce. Next add Stir-fry Veg, cook for 5 mins stirring all ingredients together.
3. Add the noodles, and return beef to pan. Warm through for a further 2-3 mins Serve up on plate or bowl with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and Enjoy!!!
