Wondering what to do for a mid-week dinner, how about a garlic & mint lamb burger.
Ingredients
Lamb burger: 250 g minced lamb
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Gia Garlic puree
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Mint
2 Brioche Buns to serve
Potato Wedges: 3 Large Potatoes cut into wedges
Place the wedges into a sandwich bag to season with
1/2 Gia Garlic Puree
Salt and pepper
Dried mixed herbs
Give these a good shake and sit for 20 mins to soak up the flavours
We cooked our wedges in an acti fry for 25-30 mins but they can be cooked in the oven for the same time at 200c
Homemade Coleslaw: 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
1/2 White cabbage shredded
2 medium carrots, peeled, grated
2 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1 tsp Gia chilli puree
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Macetilla Sherry Vinegar
