Their Chilli Jellies are a flexible and universal condiment made from natural ingredients. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. A premium Chilli Ketchup has been recently added to the range.

The jellies are now available in Original, Ginger & Lime, Sun Dried Tomato & Balsamic Vinegar, Coriander & Shallot, Mint and Extra Hot flavours. Plus some Christmas specials such as Cranberry chilli jelly too!

Ginger and Lime Chilli jelly imageGreat in sandwiches, particularly with cheeses. Or as a glaze for meat and fish, easy to melt for marinades and dressings. Try as a last minutes ingredient for stir-fry, a relish for hamburgers, pizzas, sausages, steaks and chops.

A must for toasted cheese sandwiches. Melt over potatoes or a glaze for roasted mixed vegetables. Melt over hot rice or pastas, spoon through soft cheeses or mayonnaise. Or just use as a marinade on toast or crumpets.
