Continuing the success of Taste #5 Umami Paste, London restauranteur and well known food writer Laura Santtini has developed another kitchen must have for aspiring chefs everywhere. In association with renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Laura has created Taste #5 Umami Far Eastern Recipe, a vegetarian flavour bomb, guaranteed to transform any dish into a culinary delight.
Whereas her original Taste #5 relied on Italian flavours such as porcini mushrooms and anchovies, the new paste incorporates flavours such as miso, green tea, shitake mushrooms, ginger and soy sauce, all perfectly blended to spice up sushi or a stir fry.
