The wide range of olives produced under the Carbonell brand are always of the highest quality and of the best known varieties such as Manzanilla and Queen. The Manzanilla variety is only produced in the El Alijarafe-Sevilla area and is characterised by its rounded shape, its fine skin, its soft flesh with a small stone and a delicate taste. The Queen variety is also cultivated in this area and is larger in size, more fleshy and with a succulent flavour.
